High strength steel is used on all columns and beams, providing more load carrying capacity per pound of rack -- reduces weight and cuts shipping costs. Computer verified data assures frame bracing pattern is consistent with frame heights and capacities. Full automatic safety lock insures proper erection, or accidental beam removal. Beams are flush with face of upright columns providing full use of depth with no parts protruding into aisle. Units are quickly assembled or disassembled for rearrangement. Sand in color. FOB Shipping Point. Upright Frames...made of roll formed 13 ga. high strength steel. Safety factor of 1.92 to 1. Beams...made of 14 ga. high strength steel (HFG135 series 13 ga.). All two piece beams are arc-spot MIG welded. Safety lock prevents accidental knock-out. Safety factor 1.67 to 1.
