Eye wash spray head assembly has 2 Gentle Spray outlet heads with "flip-top" dust cover mounted on chrome plated brass supply arm. Activated by a 1/2" IPS chrome plated brass stay-open ball valve with cast aluminum flag handle. 6' hand-held reinforced PVC drench hose activated by chrome plated squeeze valve. Unit runs for a full 15 minutes. Includes 8 oz. bottle of bacteriostatic additive. Full factory assembled and water tested. Eye wash meets ANSI Z358.1 standard as primary eye wash.
